Job summary

Yankee Candle is seeking a Part-Time Retail Seasonal 2nd Assistant in Pottstown, PA. You will support the Store Manager, help develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving profitable sales growth in a fragrance-rich environment.

You will contribute to onboarding, coaching, and maintaining store standards, including inventory and safety practices. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
