Yankee Candle in Cranberry Twp, PA is hiring a Seasonal 2nd Assistant Store Manager for a part-time, onsite role. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable top-line sales growth.

You will help coach a high-performing team, execute selling strategies, manage operations, and uphold store standards while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
