evo invites you to join our Denver team as a Seasonal Retail Lead. You will guide frontline staff, maintain store operations, and ensure a standout customer experience during peak season.

Compensation ranges from $21.95 to $24.75 per hour with weekend and holiday shifts required. The role supports inventory flow, merchandising, and in-store service, with potential extension beyond mid February depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail role is preferred.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, evoPOS, BRM and HighJump.
• Strong communication, cash handling, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to maintain excellent customer experience.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and drive sales goals.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching for performance and service.
• Execute store operations including opening/closing and register management.
• Lead inventory receiving, transfers, and restocking.
• Support scheduling, floor coverage, and promotions.
