Squishable.com, Inc. in Tysons Corner Center is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, lead the team during peak shopping periods, and ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience.

You will mentor associates, handle opening/closing duties, and drive holiday sales through product knowledge and engaging service. Availability includes evenings and weekends through early January 2027; compensation is $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay positive during busy periods.
• Team player who can motivate others and jump in wherever needed.
• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on goals.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Assists with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned.
