Job summary

Squishable.com, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead at Kenwood Towne Centre to energize the store during the holiday rush. You’ll support the Store Manager, guide the team, and ensure a fun, welcoming experience for every Squishable fan.

This temporary role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027, with potential for extension. You’ll drive sales through product recommendations, maintain an organized floor, and handle opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods
• Team player who can motivate others, take initiative, and jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season
• Helps lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals
• Drives holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products
• Supports seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor
• Helps manage customer flow and resolves concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Provides day-to-day direction and support to team members and jumps in wherever needed during busy periods
• Supports opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities, as assigned
