Job summary

Squishable.com, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead at Potomac Mills to support the Store Manager, drive holiday sales, and mentor the team. This role demands energy, people skills, and the ability to stay organized during peak shopping periods.

You'll engage customers, promote products, assist with merchandising, and help manage opening/closing tasks. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays through early January 2027. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to create a fun, welcoming customer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced season.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming customer experience during the holiday season.
• Help lead the sales floor during peak periods and keep the team focused on goals.
• Drive holiday sales through customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and keeping the floor organized.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members during busy times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned.
