Job summary

Alaska X in Skagway is hiring Full-Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to assist guests in our Mercantile, gift shop, cafe and saloon. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and handle cash/credit transactions while helping maintain clean, organized sales and dining areas.

This role requires outstanding guest service, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfort working outdoors with dogs in variable Alaska weather.

• Communicates relevant information to staff (guest counts, office updates, dock coordination).
• Performs additional tasks to support company goals and may assist in food preparation as needed.
