Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to build merchant relationships, raise program visibility, and support business growth across the assigned territory. This field role travels daily to 22–30 locations, educating merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, while maintaining in-store materials and documenting visits.

You will work Monday–Friday with no weekends, receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a mobile device.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills required.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory; personal vehicle, valid license, proof of insurance, and MVR screening required.

Responsibilities

• Visit approximately 22–30 retail locations per day across the territory.
• Educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Manage a daily route and travel independently while coordinating with leadership.
