Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships across your territory. You will educate merchants on financial services, support on-site needs, and manage a daily route visiting 22–30 locations, applying professional, relationship-focused engagement.

The role emphasizes independent field work with a Monday–Friday schedule. Mileage reimbursement and valuable onboarding support are provided. This position runs for approximately 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel territory visiting 22–30 locations per day.
• Educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Maintain in-store materials and signage.
• Document visits and manage daily route.
