Job summary

Rothy's Short Hills is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to join our Stores team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences and live our brand values on the sales floor, helping customers find the right fit and building a connection with their style.

While the role centers on sales, you will also assist with light store operations to keep the shop running smoothly. Availability of at least 16 hours/week, including peak days, is required, and Dress code requires wearing Rothy's shoes.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak days (Fri-Sun) + holidays.
