Job summary

Rothy’s in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody our brand on the sales floor. You will build meaningful connections with customers, drive sales through service, and support a welcoming store culture.

You’ll also assist with limited operations like stock, merchandising, and store upkeep, while meeting the 16+ hours/week availability and showing our dress-code expectations on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week (Fri–Sun + holidays) or 2 peak days + 2 non-peak days.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver the Rothy’s Experience with exceptional service, drive personal sales, build lasting relationships, and contribute to an inclusive store culture.
• Operational Excellence: Execute daily store tasks including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store organization to ensure smooth operations.
