Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Nordstrom Rack team member to deliver a quick, friendly customer experience while keeping the store clean and organized. Flexibility to work across different areas helps ensure customers find great deals and feel welcome.

A day includes assisting customers at the register, stocking and merchandising, maintaining tidy stockrooms, and using POS systems. You’ll collaborate with teammates to run a polished sales floor and promote Nordstrom Rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.
• Flexible to work in different store areas.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a ready salesfloor with ongoing re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers with transactions across in-store, online and mobile platforms using a POS system.
• Support fitting room operations by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise properly ticketed.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and adhere to store standards.
• Receive, unload, and stock shipments; fulfill and ship customer orders as needed.
