Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for store-level customer service roles in Vista, CA. You will assist customers, guide product selection, and ensure smooth checkout experiences while maintaining store standards.

The role supports omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), stocking, and merchandise recovery, with an emphasis on friendly, efficient service and adherence to SOPs. Must be 16+ and able to stand and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Work in a climate-controlled public retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
