Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Cedar Falls is seeking a part-time Retail- Customer Service Team Member to help customers find products, provide a fast checkout, and assist with stocking and merchandising. You will participate in store recovery, POS transactions, and omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS to ensure a well-stocked, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery and planograms
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards; enrolls customers
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
• Support SOPs, shrink control, and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
