Carter’s Inc. in the United States is hiring a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain baby essentials, and support omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.

The role includes POS transactions, floor replenishment, loss prevention, and promoting loyalty programs. Candidates should be customer-focused, able to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and be flexible for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver friendly, efficient service.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Minimize store loss through attentive, compliant service and a clean store.
