Job summary

Alabama Outdoors in Birmingham, AL is seeking seasonal retail team members to deliver an incredible guest experience in an active lifestyle environment.

You will engage guests with enthusiasm, help them find products, and handle transactions at the register. The role requires a passion for people and style, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays from November through January.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and a passion for active/lifestyle apparel.
• Excellent communication skills with guests.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fold, steam, hang and merchandise apparel items on the sales floor.
• Assist guests at the register and process transactions via the POS.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and stay actively engaged.
• Support in-store e-commerce processing and order fulfillment.
• Become the expert on key brands to help guests with purchases.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
