Alabama Outdoors in Florence, AL is seeking passionate Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver an incredible guest experience in an active, lifestyle apparel environment. You will engage with guests, assist at the register, stock and merchandise, and help fulfill online orders while working a flexible schedule.

This seasonal role runs November through January with training in early November and includes weekends/holidays, plus employee discounts and a positive team culture.

Formación

• Retail experience and a passion for active/lifestyle apparel is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50-pound boxes or racks.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to confidently interact with guests as they browse the store.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Comfort with Point-of-Sale systems and handling guest transactions.
• Ability to carry out e-commerce processing and order fulfillment as part of daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform essential retail responsibilities such as folding, steaming, hanging, and merchandising apparel items and accessories on the sales floor.
• Assist guests at the register by completing transactions accurately and efficiently through the Point-of-Sale system.
• Remain active and engaged, with the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Consistently interact with guests throughout your shift to create a welcoming and service-focused environment.
• Support in-store e-commerce operations, including order processing and fulfillment.
• Become the expert on key brands to assist guests with the knowledge they need before purchasing a product.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations.
