Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Provide and receive feedback; adhere to labor laws and policies.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
