Job summary

Fabletics is seeking motivated Part-time Store Associates for a NEW Fabletics location at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale, AZ. You will help customers connect online and in-store shopping through innovative technology and assist with product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and features.

Join a dynamic team led by a Store Manager, with opportunities to participate in store events, promotions, and community projects while maintaining merchandising standards and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, features, and fit.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising to enhance the shopper experience.
• Meet or exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, and sales.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
