Job summary

Fabletics seeks a Seasonal Store Associate at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL to deliver a Best-in-Class retail experience across our website and stores. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support store events with a energetic, customer-first mindset.

This temporary role reports to the Store Manager and runs for 3–4 months, offering a fast-paced environment and opportunities to contribute to sales goals and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, running, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to engage with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Best-in-Class retail store experience to customers.
• Explain fabrics, features, fit, and function of products to customers.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Offer feedback to improve business and store performance.
• Strive to meet store objectives for performance, productivity, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security standards and identify issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory as needed.
