Job summary

TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics Retail is seeking a Store Associate for our Orlando store at The Mall at Millenia. You will provide a premier in-store experience, help customers understand fabrics and fit, and work closely with a team to reach sales goals.

You’ll engage customers, support store events, and maintain merchandising standards while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a best in class retail store experience to customers.
• Explain fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Offer feedback to improve business performance.
• Aim to meet and exceed store sales objectives.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Assist with unloading inventory when required.
