Job summary

Fabletics is seeking driven part-time Store Associates for our Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets location. You will help customers connect online and in-store experiences, sharing product knowledge and live their passion.

Report to the Store Manager; expectations include high energy, teamwork, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and delivering a best-in-class shopping journey. Physical tasks include unboxing inventory and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for at least two hours and lift 10–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to customers and drive engagement.
• Support store merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals.
• Deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
