Fabletics at Somerset Collection in Troy, MI is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You will help customers shop across our website and stores, learn about fabrics and fit, and engage in store events to drive sales.

Join a dynamic team reporting to the Store Manager for a 3-4 month assignment. Must be energetic, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
• Contribute to achieving store performance, productivity, and quality goals.
• Maintain personal sales and meet sales targets.
• Follow safety and security standards.
• Assist with unpacking boxes and inventory as needed.
