Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for the Wrentham, MA location. You will help customers select fabrics and features, drive in-store engagement, and participate in events and promotions.

The role reports to the Store Manager and runs for 3-4 months with a possibility to extend. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, embrace active lifestyle products, and work well with teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for active lifestyle products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by explaining fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Support store events and promotions to drive engagement.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Achieve personal sales goals while upholding standards of safety and security.
• Assist with unpacking boxes and stocking as needed.
