Job summary

TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics Retail is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our Twelve Oaks Novi, MI location to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You will help customers shop across website and stores with a friendly, energetic approach.

You will work with a store team to engage customers, answer questions about fabrics and features, and support sales goals while keeping the store merchandised and inviting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to socialize with customers and colleagues.
• Familiar with inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to improve the business.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
