Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate in the United States to warmly welcome customers and guide families through our baby and children’s products. You’ll engage with shoppers, explain product features, and support omnichannel needs for a seamless experience.

The role involves executing POS transactions, restocking floors, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
