Carter's is hiring a Seasonal Associate to welcome customers and help families explore baby essentials and school readiness. You’ll share product knowledge, answer questions, and create a friendly shopping experience.

You will assist with omnichannel needs, process point-of-sale transactions, stock the floor, and maintain a clean, inviting store. This role supports our inclusive culture, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
