Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the friendly first face for families shopping our baby and kids’ lines. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and help families prepare for school and everyday moments. You’ll work in a welcoming, inclusive environment that values teamwork and growth.

The role supports tailored assistance across omnichannel options, executes purchases, and helps with replenishment while upholding store standards and brand loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a timely manner while balancing multiple guests.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Restock floors and assist with shipments when needed.
• Explain promotions and Carter’s loyalty programs to customers.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
