Job summary

Five Below is seeking a retail associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to products while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will promote current promotions, assist with restocking, and help ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest. This hourly role from starting at $11 supports a flexible schedule and teamwork within the Five Below culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and acknowledge them.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives when possible, aiming for exchanges when feasible.
