As an associate, you will greet customers, answer questions, demonstrate products, maintain store standards, and process transactions with accuracy while supporting the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 16 years of age or older.
• 2 years or less of experience in a related role is acceptable.
• Experience with POS systems and basic retail software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions about product features, benefits, and availability.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and suggest suitable options.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
• Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
