Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, answer customer questions, and make confident product recommendations. You will support store leadership while maintaining merchandising standards and assisting with checkout operations.

Applicants should be able to handle POS transactions, stock room tasks, and inventory flow, with a flexible schedule and compliance with safety and company policies. 16+ years old preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating POS systems and inventory software.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Process all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with product flow, restocking, and inventory management.
