Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and act as a brand ambassador. You will assist customers, recommend products, and support the store team in daily operations.

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring merchandise availability. Flexible schedules and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years (or less) of experience in retail or related field.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address consumer questions; make product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) accurately.
• Assist in receiving, replenishing, and processing product flow to support store profitability.
