Responsibilities

• Accurately ring purchases and returns, counting change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow procedures for stocking and presentation.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and maintain cleanliness.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives as needed.
• Support shrink reduction programs and operational standards.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure smooth store operation.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
