Responsibilities

• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the floor according to standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts feedback
• Adheres to labor laws and company policies
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
• Performs other duties as assigned
