Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate in Omaha to deliver WOW! customer service, learn the Duluth brand, and provide friendly, solution-oriented assistance across greetings, fitting rooms, and the register.

You will be part of a team driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment while upholding company policies and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exceptional familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service into each area of interaction from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Respond proactively to provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer telephone courteously and provide directions to store, take orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards; keep sales floor customer ready.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.
