Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer telephone courteously and direct customers to store, take orders.
• Receive, process and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards.
• Keep sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area clean.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
