Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to welcome customers, explain product features, and help with omnichannel needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process sales, restock shelves, and promote promotions and the loyalty program.

The role requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical tasks include lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product knowledge.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
