You will assist on omnichannel needs, manage checkout transactions, restock floors, and share knowledge about promotions and loyalty programs. The role emphasizes friendly service and loss prevention in a fast‑paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
