You’ll help customers across in-store and online channels, process transactions, and keep the floor stocked and appealing while learning about promotions and loyalty programs. This role offers flexible scheduling and a path to growth within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
