Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to greet families, share product knowledge, and guide shoppers to the right baby and children’s essentials. You will contribute to a warm, efficient checkout flow and upbeat shopping experience.

In-store duties include restocking, assisting customers, and supporting promotions. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is important to serve peak-season demand.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues and balance multiple customers at a busy register.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and help reduce losses.
