Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will warmly greet customers, explain styles and benefits, and help with seamless omnichannel shopping experiences in a busy store.

You will process POS transactions, stock floor replenishments, and promote brand loyalty programs. The role emphasizes strong customer service, a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a clean, safe store

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
