Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Seasonal Associate toWelcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits. You’ll confidently resolve issues for customers and balance a number of shoppers in a busy retail environment, while supporting omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will execute POS transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipments, and clearly explain promotions and the loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel experiences for a positive shopping trip.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
