Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll greet customers, explain products, and help with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience. You will process sales, restock, and promote promotions and loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles and benefits.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and help minimize loss.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders as required.
