Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products while operating a cash register.
• Scan items, bag merchandise and accept different payment methods.
• Deliver fast, courteous service following Kohl’s POS standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishment.
