Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance; returns/go back process and store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; uphold a positive image and values.
• Interact with others professionally; cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
