Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards quickly and courteously.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merch disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes including register balancing and replenishment.
