Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards quickly and courteously
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty)
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition
• Assist in training new hires on POS procedures and Kohl's brand standards
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishment
• Maintain customer service mindset and high standards of integrity and teamwork
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and attend to scheduling requirements
