Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services, operate a cash register and handle payments.
• Accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards with courteous, fast service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishment.
