Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; operate a cash register and accept payments.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards with courtesy and speed.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new service team members on POS procedures and Kohl's standards.
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishing supplies.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork; respond to direction from supervisors.
