Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different payment methods.
• Accurately and efficiently execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl's standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
